Positions: Part Time Supervisor

The Mission of Area Congregations Together is to provide food, shelter and support services to people in need in the lower Valley.  All of our energies are devoted to helping our clients establish a self-sufficient living situation.  We recognize the dignity of our clients, we give them our respect and we deliver our services without proselytizing.

Brief Summary of duties: Maintain order, enforce rules and regulations and policies of ACT in the absence of management staff during the assigned hours. Be alert to summon help from emergency services, inform staff when necessary and carry out routine operational tasks.

Performance standards: Understands the mission of Area Congregations Together. Maintain order in a manner consistent with the Mission. Exercise good judgment (common sense). Conduct interviews and conversations in a manner that respects the dignity of our clients and residents.

Requirements: High School Graduate with human service experience.
